    Instead of wondering when will baby will get a job you should be wondering when will your baby get a good career. There are a lot of financial institutes in your area  that are always looking for young people to take on apprenticeships or maybe something in the medical field. Cheers!     That depends on your definition of "job".
    If your definition doesn't include being paid ... then his first "job" will be when you assign chores.
    If your definition does include being paid ... then his first "job" will be when you assign chores and tie his allowance to them.
