      Here’s how I often referred to the job from which I retired: this is a never-ending proposition, because you could theoretically spend 24 hours here working diligently, effectively and efficiently, and there would still be more to do at the end of that time period.

    Both.
    Processing payroll is on a strict time frame.
    But other projects I am generally free to do at my pace, as long as the project is finished by the deadline.
