By following the instructions, that’s my first guess.

Instruction manuals have to be purchased online.

My wife was trying to figure her phone out and I went online for a manual. You have to buy it.

I doubt that. Not after you spent money to buy the phone.

I only know what I saw. After all, they are in the business of making money.

Should be able to download from the manufacturer  website.  But from any other site you would have to pay.

The fact that a manual has to be purchased neither precludes from my response nor is prohibitive as a possible way for the young man to solve his dilemma. If a person chooses to make the purchase, fine. If a person chooses not to make the purchase, fine. If a person seeks a different method for solving the problem, fine. He asked for information that might assist him, I provided one such potentially effective way to do it.

I can't help you on the iPhone thing but I thought I would let you know that the Santa's Little Helper photo you made me for my Christmas cards was a big hit. Cheers!

And then where do I go in from ‘wall paper’ section of what to click in or set to next-to keep this iPhone lit much longer even if it have got inactive? You may have to give me the rest of the steps of what to finish doing (from setting) to finish this iPhone stay-on screen process.

    Actually...this is the process.

    Settings...
    Display and Brightness
Autolock (change it to the time you want from 30sec default to Never)
