Unfortunately, it's a losing proposition for "western powers".
If Russia invades Ukraine ... China will take the opportunity to invade Taiwan. North Korea will probably take the opportunity to invade South Korea - likely with Russia and/or China helping.
I'm surprised Pakistan and India aren't using the distraction to send more troops to their shared border.

China has already said they will ally with Russia against the US. They also said they may invade Taiwan, if the US were "distracted" enough. (my words) If China uses the "distraction" of Russia invading Ukraine - I can see them adding another "distraction" by backing a NK invasion of SK.

Humpy bumpy? Hell no. My legs aren't like a blacks. White men can't jump. I did though achieve an uphill escalator jaunt today and was proud because I made it by a milliliter. Millimeter.
