The term "gammon" is popular in some social media contexts as an insulting label for an ill-informed, reactionary xenophobe, so it encapsulates part of the meaning of "redneck". But I've never heard it used in real life. "Chav" may be a closer fit but it has fallen out of favour and I haven't heard it used since the late 2010s. There are regional equivalents such as "scally" in Manchester which predate the c-word and are probably still in use. But, these are urban subcultures or stereotypes, and "redneck" was originally a rural stereotype, so it's not possible to say there is an exact equivalent.
