Discussion»Questions»Outside the Mug» "These prunes are the best-tasting food I've eaten all day. Yum." Does a stray thought ever surprise you like this one did for me?
I’m sure that happens with/to me, but I don’t understand how the statement about prunes that you used as an example is surprising. It seems so “what’s the big deal” to me.
Yeah, I thought some similar things about using how good the prunes tasted as my example. Perhaps the prunes came to mind because I've loved prunes since a very young child and, still as a child, soon heard the world so often equating adults liking prunes, not children. Maybe just that thought would have been a better example. And perhaps this is all just the result of very long work-and-various-activities days and not sleeping well for days, ha. (Or make that "nights" not sleeping well, ha.
"It's Woody Allen -- did I mention that?" 'We got it! We got it!"
That had me laughing. :)
I've never regularly watched this show but I think I'd do well to watch. Anytime I've seen clips, I laugh out loud. I saw one full episode - a friend told me it is a famous one, I guess - some of the cast were stuck in a public parking garage for the entire episode. I thought the episode was very funny.

I think I've eaten some of them before and I liked them. I may look for them the next time I'm at the store. (I don't know it there are actual real fig trees around me, ha). I want to eat a bit more healthier and if they're good enough for Jesus, they're good enough for me, ha.
