Does a peanut-mayonnaise sauce sound good to you?

Me, neither. But the experts thought it was strangely delicious.

Well, it does make foods taste great!  Can you believe there are even Old Bay chocolate bars and, apparently, Old Bay makes a great topping for hot chocolate?

I need to preface this - I'm starting to feel hungry - but that sounds like it would work! Could be I've spent too much time among the Belgians, who worship mayonnaise and often have free peanuts as appetizers. (Or at least they did when I was a kid and didn't know any better than to chomp down on them.) Let me post this before a certain local catches wind:

As for haute cuisine, I don't mind trying new things - it's the portions that infuriate me!

Maybe it was a Belgian-inspired dish they were cooking!

Hope you got something good to eat.

Coconut chicken satay is one of our regular bbq meals to make at home. We make a peanut sauce to go with and it’s amazing. It has soy sauce, brown sugar and garlic in it as well as mayo and peanut butter.  Don’t knock it ‘till you try it. Soooo good.

I've heard of satay chicken. That sounds good without the chicken, coconut and mayo. I could make it with tempeh.

Peanut butter is nasty and anything containing it is gross and not fit for human consumption. I'm not a fan of mayonnaise either, unless it's loaded with garlic (aioli).
