    The top ... and that was on a good day.

    When I worked for Lucky stores, we had to wear a red and black striped tie.  Try as I might, I could not tie a tie (still can't).  So I had a fellow employee tie it for me, and then I'd simply loosen it and slip it on and off as needed.  It did NOT stay nice and neat.

      I last wore a necktie a week ago when attending a formal event, I can still tie them just like always.

    The bottom - but I very rarely wear a tie. Even before WFH, the company has a dress code of "neat casual" as we do not deal with customers face-to-face.
