I have met mine. When my kids were in elementary school, the new principal was walking down the hall and the students were addressing him "Hi Mr. (my name)". He was obviously confused until someone told him he looked just like me. (The students there all knew me.) A couple of years later, while I was working the concession stand at our HS football game, he came to to get a drink and a hot dog. We both did a double take. It was like looking in a mirror. I had more gray hair than he did. Years later, one of my colleagues said he saw me walking down the street in a small town outside Toledo and called out for me. It was my double.

I'm sure I've got a doppelganger out there somewhere.  If you thought having one of me was bad, just imagine there being two of me.   I'm sure just the thought of it would put Randy in a comma coma.

Grammar gas (and you thought you only had to "pass" it in school).
Homophonebia - that ain't how nature intended it.
Determiner diarrhea - that, that, that, that, that's all folks!
Idiom influenza - could be a blessing in disguise.
Modifier measles - many people get it.
Prefix pox - a possible precursor of Plural pox.  Might want to get a suffix shot, just in case.
Conjunction cancer - but, but, but, but, but....
Interjection disfunction -  ?  (I swear, that's never happened before.)
Word warts - They say you can get them from kissing a dictionary.
