    Hopefully, it is a piece of zucchini cake. Possibly my favorite kind of cake.

    I have a wonderful recipe.

    I did not bake this cake in the picture (mine looks better) but it looks close to the kind I make. So moist and delicious. (I apologize for using "moist"- - I think a mugger here doesn't like that word but I can't remember who. I hope it's not you.)
