So this alcoholic wants to stop drinking, so he goes to a counselor. The counselor says he must start with 'baby steps'.

The drunk asks: "Does that mean I should first stop drinking from a bottle and use a sippy cup, then later switch to a glass? (My wife actually thought it was funny.)

    ( I know your question is lighthearted. Being an adult child of an alcoholic can be challenging, though.)
