We better start building them because we'll possibly have thousands of unwanted children born whom many people fought for their births. But that's where the care stops from many of them - - no adoptions or foster parenting these unwanted children. Just let them get born.

True! The community centers are not a novel concept but there are not enough of them. Let natures own balance beat man up for his ignorance! Too much technology too fast and we procreate out of hand and now the shoe is falling on how to maintain it. Dystopia is a scary concept! Kids need nuclear families.

That would require that money gets spent. The poor can't, the rich won't and if the government tries, the media will scream "COMMUNIST!" and the brainwashed conservative sheeple will believe them.
Shelter, food, medical care, mental health care, addiction.....................all of these things have to be addressed and attended to for any solution to homelessness to have a chance. A 50,000 cot shelter is a nightmare thought.
