Not yet. I plan to run about six miles this morning, and I never go running on a full stomach. Actually, I don’t even like having a little bit of food in the belly a few hours prior to running.
When I get back home, I’m planning to have cereal for breakfast.
How about you, same question, have you already had your breakfast, and if so, what was it?

Update on my previous answer: I ended up doing ten miles instead of six, came home completely exhausted, sore, and famished. I poured the bowl of cereal and was ready to pour the milk when my wife (a bit dejected) asked me, “You aren’t going to eat what I cooked?” I hadn’t noticed that she made scrambled eggs and quesadillas. I opted to eat all three.
