What are some situations in which someone gave you the impression* that he or she expected you to be a mind reader?

*For example, gave you the impression by stating “You’ll get it sooner or later” or “Everyone knows what this means”. Other ways might be after the fact when he or she states, “You knew what was expected of you” or “Anyone else would have understood me” or “It should have been obvious” or “I thought you knew what I wanted”, etc.

    He is, but I don't even know what color of car he drives, does he have siblings, animals, where does he live, that sort of thing.

    You know those annual performance reviews at work? The boss proceeds to list every little thing that you should have done differently and you're thinking, 'why didn't you tell me this when I could have actually changed what I was doing instead of saving them up to use to justify less of a pay raise'?
