Do you have traffic roundabouts where you live? I hate those tthings.

    Most UK drivers do seem to approach roundabouts carefully and considerately but some cut it fine.

    The problem of people not indicating is quite widespread though, not confined to any one type of junction, and very annoying when it means they bring you to an unnecessary halt.

    Don't blink, there will be another one before you get to the next intersection. There are some that are less than a half mile apart. 

    Or, from Jane's visual, they're actually roundabouts.
