What is the last thing you regretted eating? Why did you regret it?

I avoid processed food and rarely eat sugar, so I don't know what came over me. This tasted fake and left me feeling slightly queasy. It probably also caused my headache.

    We have to understand that all of us slip sometimes and do what we know not to be the best idea, but we want to.  Freedom to indulge and then we pay the price....weight gain, nausea, and embarrassment.

    That will stop me from doing this again for a long while.  I try not to walk down the candy aisles in the stores so I won't be tempted.  Of course, just before Halloween, there isn't an aisle that doesn't have candy!

  • I regretted eating a slice of breakfast pizza when I was in the United States. Livvie told me not to eat it.

    I really can't tell you because I threw the box out and decided to feed them to the birds. They are sick and they're gross and I can't understand why I enjoy keeping them in my fridge. I tried cooking one in the microwave at work and everyone freaked out.
