At the moment, I was unable to ask my question in 140 characters or fewer - - regardless of how much I adore Daffy Duck


Instead of endless TV and radio commercials about prescription  drugs that we need "to ask our doctors about," and 80% of the ads are monotonous listings of side effects, can't we go back to beer and cigarette commercials?

  • Commercials about prescription drugs that we need to ask our doctors about are illegal here but I remember seeing them in the US. The only commercial I remember from my last visit to the US is the commercial that my cousins there hate the most, the man in yellow who has the pet bird.

    Ugh, it’s Limu Emu and Doug.   I’d turn it off every time but that would just make my kids cry.  They love those characters.

    I always enjoyed watching that cartoon as reruns as a boy.
