    Bistro Barbu in Curepipe, Mauritius.  Unless there’s another planet that also has sandwiches as part of its cuisine, Bistro Barbu is the farthest place from San Diego that serves sandwiches that I could find.  If Randy hurries, he can get there before it closes.  I looked at their menu.  Their sandwiches look pretty tasty.
