Still vertical, so I'm doing fine.  Been a while since you've been here.

It's not over yet. Maybe there a ray of hope. This was a Tchaikovsky philosophy and why did Donald Trump confuse his saying ray of hope with shallowness. Ray of hope my azz Trump! You abuser! This post was edited by CosmicWunderkind at April 28, 2023 5:20 PM MDT

Having the apolitical blues and lamenting about the huge fight I caused upstairs because I locked the door so the person who stole my roommates watch had to go through the crazy lady landlord to get back upstairs. I ran up and down locking the front 4 times over again and the guy upstairs said I'm through and the cops came.

I was trying to figure out how I missed this cheerful, non-political post. I'm always on the lookout for those. This was posted the day of my surgery, I was unconscious most of that day.

Well, I can now report that everything is turning out well. I hope the same can be said for our fellow muggers!

The issue with such inane posts is that they are time sensitive and quickly become stale and irrelevant. This post was edited by Stu Spelling Bee at May 21, 2023 3:25 PM MDT

Stale? Not to me! There are a number of non-political, upbeat posts that have garnered two or three pages of responses. Those are the kind that attracted me to this site in the first place. They're just too few and far between.

What are your favorite kinds of posts (besides the ones with bad grammar or spelling)?

By stale, I mean pointless once the date on which the post is based has passed.

People are free to post on any question regardless of age of the question....we have questions from at least 2016 on the site.
We should not discourage any user from being an active participant on the site.

Of course they are. I just expressed my opinion about time-specific questions.
