No, I gave it up.  The answers it gave never made any sense to me. -

"Yadda, yadda, yadda... fool!  Cowabunga, captain, she'll blow fer sure."

Only when I'm watching football. Cheering for the MIGHTY Crows, hurling imprecations and abuse at the opposition. And the umpires.

You extrovert you. We can hit it off on certain points but I could never do what you do because I am only 135 pounds. Baseball my sport not to abort. Chess to sit unless I walk around to 16 boards  This post was edited by CosmicWunderkind at February 25, 2024 4:33 PM MST

Naw. I refrain from more words at intervals because I have enough of my own for the rest of my life. Besides for seeking sympathy which is a weakness of character,
you will not gain it from a TV but only more cognitive overload. This post was edited by CosmicWunderkind at February 26, 2024 7:50 PM MST

Yes, I do. I vent my anger and frustration at TV commercials that are misleading or outright lies.

There was a time when I used products' websites to interact with whomever is on their chat lines. The results were not satisfactory since I felt compelled to behave in a civilized manner and they really couldn't say anything off script.

The results are no better when yelling at the TV, but at least it's more satisfying!

How is it satisfying to talk to an inanimate object? Think about it.

Remember when a "primal scream" was a thing? Like that.

I was in college then and actually thought it was kind of dumb. Not worth straining the vocal apparatus for.

Back at that time, I worked in an office that was situated within a warehouse. When my co-worker would sometimes get frustrated with something, she would say nothing, walk out of the office into the warehouse, and thirty seconds later a scream would fill the warehouse. She'd then walk back into the office, sit at her desk and continue whatever she was working on.

No - I have no television.

I do though sometimes hurl cries at the radio of "rubbish" or "never mind keeping it under review - what are going to do [about it]?", or, "they don't have the guts!" (to answer the question or defend themselves).

Yes, while watching Michael Haneke's original 1997 "Funny Games" movie, I yelled the Eff-word and threw the remote at the TV. (I fortunately missed the TV.)
And I then stopped the movie and took a long walk in the late night before watching the rest of movie.
    A masterpiece to me.
