    I would be fine with that woman (or even another passenger) pulling out her gun and telling him to shut up (keep your hands to yourself)....then IF he went to hit her (or another person) again shooting him. 

    It is a disgrace that all those people on that subway did nothing...why? Because defending yourself and others in NY will get you arrested.
