Are Trump supporters secretly ashamed of his physique and looks?

Pretty much all of the memes of Trump posted by his supporters show him as a bad a** He Man with normal skin tones and a good fashion sense . In reality Trump is in good shape - Trump is round and round is a good shape. He also always wears way to much orange makeup and he doesn't accessorize his clothes  So I don't get why his supports see him so much differently. Cheers!

    Not to defend Trump and his supporters, but both sides tend to show their leader in the best possible light. Biden's official photos make him look younger and more energetic than an average man in his eighties. The photos probably don't need as much touching up as Trump's though.
