    Manufactured from what?

I prefer organic and non-gmo, so probably not.

If you are talking about Lab Meat then yes I will. Lab meat will reduce green house gases and clear up lots of land because they won't have to grow animal feed. Cheers!

There is much debate as to how "green" the lab meat actually is....

Thanks, but I'll pass.  There is no such thing as "meat" from plants or anything grown in a petri dish.

It has been available for several years under brands such as Impossible Beef. I don’t often buy it, but I have tried it, and it tastes quite good.

I don't understand why they'd call that manufactured meat. It contains no meat. Is that the new term for 'plant-based protein'? I don't get it.

Beyond is non-GMO and contains no hormones. Allegedly.

It is actual meat grown from stem cell of chickens and cows. Real meat.

    What’s the point of that?

And lessen the suffering of animals.

I know several people who only buy meat from farmers who treat their livestock well. Sure, they still slaughter them in the end, but they're treated humanely from birth until death.

No that is veggie meat.  Not lab grown meat

I don't know if I'd try it or not. I'd first have to read the ingredient list. Will they be able to list ingredients for such a product?

I already like some brands of veggie burgers but I think that's the only imitation meat that I've found edible.

It’s easy. Just try it once and see whether it tastes good to you. It won’t kill you.

I always read the ingredients of food before buying/eating. I still care for a 57 year old daughter who is handicapped due to a condition* created by consuming dairy. Any further consumption of dairy ingredients will continue to damage her body.

That's how long I've been reading ingredients lists. Even foods seemingly similar are not necessarily. For myself, I will choose the product with the least chemical additives.

*If you wish to look it up, it's called galactocemia.

Have you seen the movie "Soylent Green"? When I saw that movie back in the day I thought, "How long until this comes to pass?".

It's been almost 11 years since I last ate any meat, so I'd be careful, but I might give it a try someday.

Probably best to kill it first.
