Has anyone offered to show you a photo and it turned out to be something you were not expecting?

For example,  a friend  (from a different culture) asked if I would like to see a picture of her mother.  The photo was taken after her mother's death.

    You mean like a photo of a mummy - mommy? I have been show photos were the landscape looked nothing like I expected. I used to think Arizona was nothing but flat desert. But after being shown some vacation photos I learnt that it isn't. Cheers!

      That Australian guy on here once tricked me by saying if I ever wanted to establish a chapter of The Harem in Sydney, he knew a dirty, naughty, eager woman who could lead it, and offered to show me her picture . . . :
