To that Danilo.. The exasperated pout lip breath you’re referring to is more likely a spontaneous reaction to frustration or overwhelm and does not have a specific term associated with it. It’s a common human expression of exasperation.

I don't particularly like the white goop in the middle that Nabisco keeps adding more and more and moreand more of - - I've always preferred the chocolate cookie part, not the creme.
