She plead to a misdeanor....all other charges were dropped.  We will see what she testifies to later.

I imagine she's not as flaky as we've been led to believe. The DA would only offer a plea deal to a credible witness with information that will help the prosecution.

Ken Chesebro just pled guilty as well. Based on what he admitted to in open court, there's a lot of evidence against the remaining defendants.

I was figuring she would start a chain reaction and the remaining defendants will all start seeking plea deals while they still can. Cheers!

Yes. Jenna Ellis pled guilty today. No surprise there.

After Sidney Powell pled guilty this week to election interference, Trump claimed she was never on his legal team.

I am wondering if Trump broke the gag order when he claimed that. Cheers and happy weekend!

No, gag order would not have applied  and it has been lifted.
Sidney worked with Ruby some. But was not Trump's lawyer.
And what she plead to had to do with getting ballots off of the actual voting machines.  And even that was a misdeanor.

To be clear, she was charged with seven felonies. Her plea deal reduced her charges to six misdemeanors.

I believe I said she plead to a misdeanors.
    That is how it works...
They over charge so they can get a plea down. In fact, Powell gets a fine, and probation. And after 6 months her misdeanors will be removed from her record altogether.    PAs do not give deals like that unless they know they will not win in court. In 2020 Trump publicly announced that she had joined his legal team to help him fight the witch hunt. Now he is saying she was “never” on his team. Trump is just throwing her under the bus. Cheers!

Unless Trump was paying her (or had legal agreement to pay her)..she was not his attorney.

I don't think there ever was a gag order in Georgia. It's hard to keep all these trials straight. It appears that she was on his legal team very briefly and both of them say she wasn't his attorney. Not sure it matters what her status was, if she has information.

Part of her deal was she would have to testify in Georgia so maybe the gag order would apply. Cheers!

I think you mean in cases outside of Georgia, but that's a good point. I don't think he violated that gag order yet, but give him time.
