    Flour.  I find the soft tortilla holds the contents better than the crispy one where everything falls out after the first bite.

    Flour.  And I always toast them even if I'm going to eat it plain.  We like to wrap all kinds of things in a flour tortilla then we put in a hot dry skillet to toast.

    Flour, if they are freshly made by a tortilla lady.
    Corn, if they are the street variety.  There is a small store near Camarillo, California who used to be known for their corn tortillas.  I drove from L.A. to that area just to buy them. They had such a great favor, miss those for sure.

    I think I’ll go with the corn tortilla.  They fall apart a lot easier, but since I’m eating this on the couch in Randy’s living room, I don’t think it makes that huge of a difference.  I make messes in here all of the time.

    Oh, hold on, I’ll have these to drink!  They’re delicious!
