    No to both.  Australia is one of my dream destinations; want to see all the sights, meet the Aborigines, get to know "them" and enjoy their wonderful art.

    You'll never really get to know "them". I've lived here all of my 54 years and technically I'm one of them, at least partially, but I never really have. You have to be born into the culture to understand it.

    Never been quite far enough south. There are parts of Tasmania where you can see the Aurora Australis in the distance, but only when solar activity is particularly high and the sky is cloudless.
