Is Donald Trump all talk and no action?

A few days ago Trump was saying he will break his new gag order and be a modern day Nelson Mandela. And it will be his GREAT HONOR to go to jail. He hasn’t broken the new gag order yet and I think it is because he is scared to. So to Trump I say – buck buck buck buckkkkkkkkkkkkk. Cheers!

I tend to agree with you except that I believe the reason the judge hasn't sent him to the pokey already is that the judge doesn't want to give him any more attention.  Sending him to jail would make him a martyr and give him more reason to claim victimhood.

Trump has already been cut more slack than he deserves. But that slack will soon be tightening up because America doesn’t deal with terrorists. Cheers!

Jail would help his campaign, for sure. But, he is obeying the gag order. I think this means the idea of going to prison, being strip searched, sleeping on a prison bunk and eating prison food is a great deterrent.

Roses are red and violets are blue but soon Trump will be eating his supper in the same room were he goes poo. Cheers!

Ummm, remember his Healthcare plan he bragged about? Me neither. Or how Mexico would pay for the wall? Or how he was going to lock up Hillary Clinton? I could go on, but you get the picture. Yes, he is all talk and no  action.

If he was all talk, the swamp would love him. But he put his policies into action and that is why they hate him so.

I'm sure you'll come with some reason why all 55 broken promises weren't his fault.

Here's Bidens for you. And yes, I'm sure his failure rate will end up being even higher: https://www.politifact.com/truth-o-meter/promises/biden-promise-tracker/?ruling=true

Presidents are not kings nor dictators.  Congress has to do their part to pass laws.
Trump attempted to do what he promised and was met with DC establishment and lawsuits.

Had Trump's methods to accomplish his end (self-aggrandizement, it's always about him) been LEGAL, the lawsuits would have failed. Quite a lot of what he wanted to do was not merely illegal, it was blatantly unconstitutional.

The lawsuit were about environmental issues and property rights etc.

Not talking about the lawfare being used against him currently....that was not the topic of Gino's link. This post was edited by my2cents at April 11, 2024 8:25 AM MDT
