    I've thought about your question for about a week.
    Perhaps not specifically a theme song for me but pretty darn close:


    Aimee Mann's "Wise Up"


    She wrote it and performed it for the music score for Paul Thomas Anderson's movie "Magnolia"  (I highly recommend that movie to the world)


    I find the music/poetry/lyrics very strongly inspirational because of the context of how and when we hear the song in the movie
