I believe she calls him "Sir."

Fun fact: sir means cheese in Slovenian. Maybe it's short for who cut the cheese.

Melania speaks 7 languages so maybe her pet name for Trump is - Bow bow scalickey - which is Greek slang words for – Fat Little Earth Worm. Cheers!

No one has actually heard her speak most of those languages. Odd, isn't it?

Well she got into America with an Einstein Visa but nobody has ever seen her doing anything really smart. I have wondered if she really speaks 7 languages. Cheers!

She got in on a Shlomo Einstein visa, not an Albert Einstein visa.

Yeah the Einstein visa is just a nickname for a EB-1 visa. One of the ways to get a EB-1 visa is having an Extraordinary Ability – she was a soft porn modal. Malania got her mother in by chain migration but yet in 2016 Trump was against chain migration and he swore to end it. Cheers!

He swore to end it right after Melania's parents got here.  The hypocrisy of the GOP is  bottomless.  

My guess is that she speaks Slavic languages which are very similar to one another.  I've never heard that she speaks French, Italian, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese or Urdu.  She barely speaks English. 

There are conflicting reports. Sometimes she is reported to speak Serbo-Croation, which fits your theory.   The claims usually include French, German, and Italian. Here is one link that casts doubt on her fluency, but does not completely dismiss the claims.
