Soup.  For some unknown reason, the liquid doesn't adhere to a fork.

M&M's.  The fork will slow you down too much.

The trick is to use a hot fork (can pick up more with a hot fork than a bare hand).

Foods served in an ethnic restaurant such as Morocco, some African, a place they serve bread as eating utensils, or chopsticks.

5,000 years of civilization and the Chinese still eat with sticks.

At an upscale dinner they don't have to worry about which spoon to use or the "start from the outside and work in," principle.  No pesky 8 course meals, everyone pulls food from the same plate or bowel.  Chopsticks can be thrown away, no washing of silverware needed.  I sort of like the idea however using chopsticks can be difficult if you are used to silverware.

And Vegemite is inedible, that’s also why! Finally we agree!

"Inedible"? I didn't put any references to PB in there ... This post was edited by Slartibartfast at June 14, 2024 8:36 PM MDT
