Why wouldn't it be legal?  It is a publicly available image.

    Personally, I prefer this one:

Using someone's picture to sell a product is not the same as just posting it.

Given that people know where the picture took place and would not believe that Jill would be posing for a Trump ad.
This type of meme falls under parody so yes it is legal.  This why SNL gets by with the things they do legally. This post was edited by my2cents at December 13, 2024 10:02 AM MST

The way she's looking at him suggests to me that she can't believe that he's going to be president again.

It looks to me like she's trying not to breathe in, like when there's a bad odor.

She believes it. So does her daughter  sitting to her who is also all smiles.

I still say Joe and Jill voted for Trump.

Here is a photo of 2 wife’s. One of the wife’s looks like she is happy and in love. The other wife – not so much. So which one of the wife’s would be more likely to vote against her husband? Cheers!

Jill voted for Joe in 2020 and in 2024 primary.

I do not believe either Jill or Joe voted for Kamala.
Joe wore and kept the Trump hat. Joe when to the press room for an impromptu press conference during a televised Harris campaign speech. Joe Biden staff used the term Make America Great Again.
It had long been said Jill and Kamala do not get along.  Their staff almost got into a physical fight.
Jill wore a GOP RED outfit to vote in Nov. And did bother to attend Kamala's watch party.
Both Bidens ignored the Harris' at the Kennedy awards. Jill just recently threw shade at Harris during the wreath laying ceremony.

So I do not believe either Jill or Joe voted Harris.
I believe they in fact voted for Trump. This post was edited by my2cents at December 13, 2024 10:04 AM MST

I would tell you what I believe, but you would remove it a personal attack.

There is another one I cannot find right now.

Jill to Trump:  If you need a baby sitter, you know I am available.

In order for that to make sense, a person would  have to be gullible enough to believe debunked gossip.

Jill babysat for Joe in 1974.    This post was edited by my2cents at December 11, 2024 6:19 AM MST

Just claiming it was debunked does not debunk anything.
Jill's ex husband stands by his story. And stays there are witnesses to both himself and Jill working on Joe's first senate campaign.

There are two different stories the Bidens claim they met. One being a blind date by  The other being Joe saw an picture of Jill while with his brother and said that was the kind of woman he liked. And his brother said he knew her and then gave Joe her number.

Anyway, Jill ex has his story and the Bidens have theirs.

You are correct. If her Trump-supporting, bitter, ex-husband with a history of tax fraud and writing bad checks, stands by his story, then I cannot call it debunked.

But, using his story to make jokes about the First Lady being sexually promiscuous is something I, personally,  find distasteful.

I did not claim she had an affair.  I don't care.
You can babysit without having an affair.  But they did get married after she babysat for Joe in 1974.

"The claim that Jill and Joe Biden first met when Jill was 15 and working as a babysitter for the Biden family is completely unfounded. In reality, the pair met in 1975, after the death of Biden's first wife, and while Jill was a student in her mid-20s."

I said in 1974. Jill was 23 then. Joe did not even have kids even Jill was 15.
Jill's ex says Jill friendship with Joe is one of the reasons for their divorce. I don't know if she had an affair or not...and don't care.

    The meme was funny.

Mr Stevenson has the same story. Hasn't changed.

The Biden's have more than one story about how they met. Again, I don't care.  But the meme was funny.

The only reason that you think there are two stories is that you seem to have your own definition of what a blind date is.

Did Joe see her picure in an ad at the airport and call her after his brother gave him her number?
How was Joe so surprised by her stunning beauty if he had on fact already seen her picture in the ad at the airport?
Or was it a blind date?  (No I do not consider the above description a blind date)

A blind date is a date where the two people have not previously met. At least that is common usage.  This post was edited by my2cents at December 13, 2024 12:19 PM MST

He called her on the phone and convinced her to go on a date.
So if two people only interact on the internet and then decide to meet for a date, is that somehow a blind date?  Not in my opinion.
