Do you think America is in a constitutional crisis?
A few days ago I was thinking that maybe it was. But because of a resent Supreme Court ruling I’m thinking the crisis is over and the constitution won. Cheers and happy weekend!
Well, The Supremes ruled that the Trump administration must "facilitate" the return of Kilmar Abrego Garcia. So far there's been no action on that or anything else. I'd call that a blatant disregard of the Constitution. Those same Supremes gave Trumpsky absolute immunity. The founding fathers never did account for a potus that would be corrupt in addition to an entire political party.
He should be deported to one of the detention centers in Mexico, Nicaragua or Egypt. That is the "clerical error" that took place. The MS13 member feared a rival gang in El Salavador.
Agent Krasnov is doing precisely what the Kremlin tells him to - crashing the US economy, aiding Russia and eliminating the separation of powers. They can lead him by the nose more easily without that pesky Constitution in the way. Despite the SCOTUS ruling, Garcia is still languishing in an El Salvadoran prison. Anyone but His Royal Orangeness would already be in an American jail for contempt - and now that he's established that he CAN treat the court with contempt, the next step will be to deport US citizens who disagree with him.

All things the previous administration dropped the ball on prosecution. We have a real President now who is doing what he was elected to do.
Garcia has no criminal record either in El Salvador or in the U.S. In 2019, an order preventing him from deportation was issued and he had been making all of his court appearances on schedule, so there's no reason for him to ne in jail.
On the other hand, Donald Trump is a CONVICTED FELON and if angone should be in jail, it's Trump.
