Is Trump afraid of Judge Boasberg and the Supreme Court after all?

Gilmar Abrego Garcia is back in the U.S. and will be tried under a two-count inictment alleging a he participated in a conspiracy to move alleged members of MS-13 allegedly here illegally, from Texas deeper into the country.

I don’t think he is afraid of the Judge or the supream court - and he also doesn't have any respect for them - so he will be bad mouthing the Judge and the court soon. Trump will look pretty bad if Kilmar is proving innocent so I bet Trump has a lot of fabricated claims ready. Sure hope the guy got to see his family. I also hope if he is proving innocent he writes a book about the horrors Trump needlessly put him through. And I bet he will use some of the money to put his kid through collage because I think that’s the kind of dad he is – not the monster Trump painted him to be. Cheers and happy weekend!

Trump has always followed the courts orders.

The MS13 member will be convicted of human trafficking etc, serve his prison time and then be deported.  It is a stupid waste of money.

If Trump had followed the court's order, he wouldn't have deported him.  The stupid waste of money was sending him to El Salvador against the court order in the first place and then having to bring him back.  I'm guessing you don't see the logic in that. They stated it was a mistake to deport to El Salavador.  (Should have went to Egypt or Nicaragua)

The waste of money is importing a gang member we already had in a prison.
    Gang Member
    Wife beater
    Human trafficer
    Rapist
    Child port possessor
    And who knows what else.

We don't need that type of immigrant.

Why do Dem media and politicians always champion the thugs? This post was edited by my2cents at June 9, 2025 9:41 AM MDT

Considring tha he has no crkimina record either in El Salvador or the US, you're judge and jury here.  What happened to innocnt until proven guilty?  That is where "due process" comes into play, but that doesn't matter to someone who just can't stand the idea of immigrants in this country.

The immigration judge ordered him to be deported.  That is due process.
The immigration board upheld the judges order. That is also due process.

I have no problem with immigrants. As long as they come legally, love our country, learn our language and follow our laws.  If they are coming to make our country into theirs they should just go back to theirs.

In March 2019, he and several other men were questioned by police at a Home Depot ... one of the other men accused him of being in a gang.  That's when he was taken into ICE custody.  He then "was denied bond because of allegations of gang membership, not because he was convicted of a crime," Leopold said. Indications of gang membership, "even if baseless, are often used to make critical decisions about a noncitizen’s custody status," he said.  When he received the protection from deportation to El Salvador, he was released from ICE custody.

Abrego Garcia "was denied bond because of allegations of gang membership, not because he was convicted of a crime,"  However, neither of these court proceedings constitutes a conviction, because they were not trials. A request for bond from ICE detention requires less evidence than a criminal conviction.

" ... when Abrego Garcia received the order of protection from deportation to El Salvador, ICE did not appeal the decision, and he received a work permit upon his release, which he has since renewed.
SO, HE HAS NOT BEEN CONVICTED OF ANYTHING.

The ICE judge ruled he is a gang member.  He said he could not go back because the RIVAL GANG RETALIATION ....you do not have a RIVAL GANG if you are not in a gang.

But no, he has not been convicted of anything criminally. As it was not a criminal court, it was an immigration court. And he lost in court.

Yep, the US should be carefully vetting illegals to make sure none of them might be dangerous.

Meanwhile, the loudest complainers elect a President who:

    • Boasts about grabbing women by the p*ssy
    • Calls a paedophile a “great guy”, knowing he likes them young.
    • Is found liable for sexual assault.
    • Treats taxes like they’re little more than a suggestion
    • Becomes a felon and somehow gets more patriotic
    • Cheats like it’s a competitive sport
    • Pays porn stars to keep their gob shut
    • Collects sexual assault allegations as a hobby

But yep. Clearly, the real threat to the US isn’t the serially corrupt, sexual abusing billionaire with the moral compass of an alley cat who's destroying the country from within - its people looking for an escape. God bless hypocrisy!

    1.  "And they let you"...poor behavior but not illegal
    2. Kicked that pedo out of his club...and the only person who offered to help the victims.
    3. Civil Court in NY that did not allow evidence in that was proof of Carroll's lies.
    4. He taxes are filed and paid.
    5. Lawfare
    6. Cheats at???
    7. Again sleazy behavior but not illegal (hense the lawfare)
The threats are the formerly open border and the violent people who Biden allowed in this country, the riots taking place in CA and spreading, the drugs, the unfair trade deals etc. This post was edited by my2cents at June 12, 2025 7:21 PM MDT

Trump says he, alone can save us. So, it is necessary to excuse, justify,  and explain away any behaviors that would normally be unacceptable. I could put a name to this, but we both know what would happen.
