Is this just another day in the life of a TACO?

16 days ago Trump said he was very mad at Putin – and he gave Putin 2 weeks to start peace talks with Ukraine or else.
Since then Russia has refused to talk with Ukraine. And Trump hasn't put any tariffs on Russia.

But to me it looks more like a root than a TACO (Trump is rooting for Putin to win). Cheers!

    I don’t get it. First it seems like he is saying that his very aggressive policy is having some problems – then he goes on a blame Biden rant. Pretty soon some of those great farmers might not have enough water for their crops because Trump wasted the water in reservoir – and he won’t be able to blame Biden for that. Cheers!

    PS: I was just joking when I said I don’t get it – I do get it and it is kind of scary.
