I think he should because the last time he was at the WH – Trump and Vance treated him like a war criminal and would not listen to any of his concerns about Putin. Cheers!
No, the talks were behind the scenes. And Zelensky tried to change the terms in front of the cameras and Vance called him out on that and then Trump remarked about his gym suit. Etc.
