(Heard by chance the other day "While Your Lips are Still red" -- couldn't listen to it all -- somehow it was too beautiful for the circumstances I was in at the time and I turned it off. That long blond hair guy has a great voice when he sings quietly, too.)
Dear Spunk. I feel your pain, however if those two were 18 year olds talking about the same thing, you would be humming a different tune there.
Or are you a woman? Then I need to rephrase. If they were two gentlemen that were HOT and they were talking this way, would you still feel the same?
I have been fat. I have been skinny. Being fat is not a great way to operate in society.
I did it for about 6 years of my life? NEVER again. Not only did I feel like crap, but you cannot believe how strangers treat you. They don't even look at you. LOL
In a way it is kind of refreshing? But it really makes you see the prejudices people have in a totally different light.
I am a woman and I have been more on the heavy than lean side since I stopped smoking 30 years ago. If they were two gentlemen that were so grossly obese, it is not likely I would consider them HOT. These two broads are always talking about eating "healthy" yet everything they cook is laden with fat, sugar, salt and nitrites. One of them is in the area of 300-350 lbs. She can hardly walk. She has to sit down and rest halfway between her desk and the ladies room. She has diabetes, a bad back and has had knee replacement surgery. Every day she talks about "maybe joining a gym." She grunts getting in and out of her chair and everywhere she walks. She's got a butt you can serve tea on.
I understand that being fat is no fun, but when you have all that much wrong with you, you better do something more than talk about losing weight. I come in at 8:30 in the morning and the two of them are already talking about what they're cooking for dinner the following night!
