    Nahhh..  That stuff requires PURPOSE..  He's just a bumbling buffoon who knows how to attract attention..  He has NO thoughts OTHER than how can he attract MORE attention..   If he weren't RICH, he'd be in a home.

    Both. Salvation from the approaching economic and social collapse can only be achieved by cracking down on the causes of it.
