Discussion»Questions»Politics» Does your country's government put more effort into assisting asylees and refugees find employment than it does its own unemployed citizens?
I think it might but I don't know the first thing about getting government benefits. I tried filing for unemployment once but I got another job before the benefits would have started anyway so I just didn't bother with the forms.
They get more benefits than native citizens. That's for sure. But this is happening everywhere thanks to the refugees from the arab world coming to western countries
I honestly don't know. I know that in my state, employment assistance is available to citizens free of charge. Perhaps this is different in other states in the US?
Jobs are out there. Go find them. Where did this "The government needs to find me a job and give me money while its looking?" come from? Nevermind...............I just thought about the last eight years. That's where it came from.
