What advice you give to teen self?

Do you live up to your own advice today? I just realized the title barely makes any sense, please don't sue me.

    I'd advise my teen self that after I move out of the house to never eat  fried liver and onions that has been left out on the counter over night. Cheers, Happy Weekend and Happy Weekend!
