I'll take the parked trailer. The change of scene -- even of lifestyle -- is only as far away as your next tow. Trailer parks are fine for holidays but might become less so after a long say.
I see problems outside the joy of community. At the bottom you don't trail through the others mess but excrement rolls downhill. At the top you may be immune to anything rolling down hill but stink also rises and better hope none of your community neighbors smoke or carelessly use the many thousand year old discovery of fire.
