Anyone around ?? Have you ever had a skin rash near ear/neck with an ear infection?
Have had ear infection for 2 days, now traveled to other ear; just noticed red rash near my ear , under it/near neck.. i read online it could be the med I'm on or the infection... can it wait until the morn. to see doc. ? Any tips welcome
Your doctor should have an emergency 24/7 number. CALL IT RIGHT NOW! That's one of the reasons that the get "the big bucks", to be available to patients when needed. And if they do ignore you go to the ER. (Calling the doc, even if they don't respond, puts the liability on them if it's a serious problem like a reaction to the medication that may lead to acute anaphylaxis.
