Is Trump insane or is he a genius?

Both...and add moron and liar.

Isn't there a fine line between both?

Most brilliant people are a little of both, most people who THINK they are smart are usually fooling themselves. 

IMO..Trump is laying the groundwork for several things..he's not Presidential but a wheeler-dealer, he is.

I think he's a little of both, but his big ego put him in a position that is way over his head.  He still looks like a deer in the headlights.  Too bad someone can't steal all his pens so he can't sign any more orders to do destructive things to our country.  

I vote for insane... i differ from the other posters in that I have never seen any evidence of genius .. i've seen evidence of bullying, intimidation but not genius. Many of his businesses don't always succeed, he has had many court cases against him and he talks exactly like a village idiot with grammar a 4 year old would be ashamed of.. no nothing eh?

I think he's both. Kind of goes hand-in-hand with Anti Social Personality Disorder. 

Our country has been on a downward spiral for quite some time because of politicians like the Clintons and Obama's.  Now we have a President that is willing to step out of the comfort zone and try to do
what is best for America.  Some are annoyed because he doesn't come all wrapped up in a nicey nice
little package.  If he gets the job done for our country that is what is important.  

I don't see genius or insane, I see a misogynistic A-hole.
