They can overturn rulings on Constitutionality. They cannot unmake laws they never created because they do not make laws. I see by your previous comments on other threads it is about Roe vs. Wade. However Roe vs. Wade did not make any laws. It was a ruling about what constitutes a right to privacy.
Doe vs. Bolton was actually a more significant case than Roe when it comes to abortion being decriminalized.
I support the legality of abortion 100% but he way it was reached Roe vs. Wade is pretty shaky and convoluted.
If you mean about the actual court cases I suggest you do, it's actually very interesting and multifaceted how it all came to be and what the ruling was. Beyond a women's rights issue even.
