Isn't it ironic? Don't you think?

The biggest irony is that most of the circumstances mentioned in this song are not ironic.  The free ride, yea. Rest, no.  Whatever happened to her? She was even more grating to listen to than Joplin.

I was in total agreement until you dissed Joplin.

Screeching is not singing. she is part of the Three Miseries of that time.  Hendrix, Dylan and Joplin.

Dylan I give you blasphemy to the others.

What kind of music do you like?

I listen to a lot of Celtic, Renaissance and medieval. 

God's wounds!  How can anyone tolerate Dylan?  and keep in mind, a may just be playing provocateur.

LOL. Yes, an observation we made when it came out. I heard recently that her manager embezzled her money and someone burglarized her home. Other than that I don't know. I never minded her or Joplin's voice. But I know those voices aren't for every ear.
