lol. Where did you come up with that? No one (or at least people who bother to pay attention) says "nothing is made in America." The list of products produced here is extremely long. Vehicles and weapons make up a small part of that list http://www.usalovelist.com/list/
As far as your question regarding if the weaponry purchased by other countries is a good trade, tell me the countries and what the trades were, and maybe I'll come back and give you my opinion on it. ;-)

Yeah, and all the computers in those weapons use integrated circuits manufactured in China. It is simply not possible to check all the parts for unauthorized programming. If we ever go to war with China, there is a good chance we will get shot by our own guns.
