  • Spinach. Fresh spinach on my pizza, sandwiches and in my salads. Kale is ok, but it's a bit bitter.

  • I like both actually...They have different culinary applications and require different serving methods.

    Try putting olive oil on your Kale, a little sea salt and crisping them in the oven. Yumbo

    I love spinach.  I've tried "adult" kale a number of ways and it's just too bitter for my taste.  I do like & use baby kale just like spinach.

    Taste wise - spinach. Health wise - Kale. Yard decorating wise - Kale (I grow kale to add a little color around the yard). Cheers and happy weekend!

  • Kale is awful. Its benefits are its vitamins but it doesn't taste good nor does it have a good texture. I would choose spinach any day.
