  • This does not even sound possible.  Please post more about it. Anyway the idea did not work out well in Reanimater or The Brain That Wouldn't Die.   So this next attempt probably won't go well either.

    Surely that should be a body transplant. Identity resides in the brain, so its the head getting a new body rather than the other way around.
    Sounds like Heinlein's "I Will Fear No Evil", although that was a brain transplant.

    Well, since the recipient is suffering from a terminal disease, I guess it's worth a shot.  I am positive it won't be successful but, at least it will end the patient's suffering in as humane a way as possible.
