Instead of signing executive orders,  due process etc. he should just use his power of  command to make declarations eg:

"Trump  care SHALL BE!"

"The wall SHALL BE BUILT! "

ETC.

You forgot the part where a new healthcare bill was the responsibility of Congress. If anything, Republicans are the idiots that screwed it up. The White House was ready and willing ti negotiate ti make the healthcare bill better. It was dumbasses like Paul Ryan that made it a joke.
